The Broad Customer Networking system is simple to operate, it only requires one telephone line. Here is how the system works.
1. Broad to customer
A Broad Customer Service Center or representative office dials an installed chiller to obtain real time operation data and performance information. This data is downloaded and analyzed automaticaly. If conditions identify a potential fault, the customer is alerted and a service engineer is immediately dispatched to the site. |
